Our Foundation
Kaneh Bosm Ekklesia is rooted in the Holy Scriptures and the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Our faith is the compass for all we do.
We believe people are called to return to God, walk in truth, follow the way of Jesus, and live with faith, love, humility, service and courage.
KBE exists to help people grow spiritually, understand scripture, reconnect with the Creator, and live their faith in a way that brings light, healing, service and public benefit into the world.
The Holy Scriptures
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, carrying wisdom, truth, correction, comfort and light for the human journey.
Scripture is not only something to read.
It is something to receive, meditate on, live and embody.
Through scripture, we are invited to renew the mind, soften the heart, strengthen faith, discern truth, and walk more closely with God.
"I AM WHO I AM." — Exodus 3:14
Teachings of Jesus
The life and teachings of Jesus Christ are the centre of our faith.
We believe Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life, and the clearest example of how humanity is called to live before God.
We seek to follow His example of love, humility, courage, compassion, service, forgiveness, truth and obedience to the Father.
At KBE, Jesus is not only someone we speak about.
He is the example we seek to follow.
"I am the light of the world." — John 8:12
Faith in Action
We believe the Holy Spirit guides, strengthens, comforts, convicts and transforms those who sincerely seek God.
The work of faith is not only external.
It is inner transformation.
Through the Holy Spirit, people are invited to surrender fear, renew the mind, walk in truth, grow in love and become more Christlike.
"I carried you on eagles' wings and brought you to myself." — Exodus 19:4
Ekklesia and the Body of Christ
The word Ekklesia speaks of those called out from the world to follow the Way of Jesus Christ.
We believe the Ekklesia is the Body of Christ on earth—a living spiritual community of faith, not merely a building or a commercial organisation.
As members of the Body of Christ, we are called to function with unity, love, and diverse spiritual gifts provided by the Holy Spirit for the common good and public benefit.
In the Ekklesia, Christ is the Head, and we are His servants, working together to advance the Kingdom of God and serve humanity with His heart.

Discipleship and Spiritual Growth
Discipleship is the journey of following Jesus, walking in His Way, and being daily transformed by the renewing of the mind and the comfort of the Spirit.
We believe the goal of spiritual growth is not knowledge alone, but becoming increasingly like Christ in love, character, service and action.
Through scripture, prayer, ministry, service and communal life, we assist others in returning to God and living their faith with authenticity and courage.
"Follow Me." — Matthew 4:19
Public Benefit and Service
Kaneh Bosm Ekklesia exists for the advancement of the Christian faith and public benefit or service.
We believe faith is best expressed through love and humble service to others, which ultimately brings benefit and light to the wider community.
Through providing spiritual care, scriptural teaching, prayer and the relief of spiritual distress, we seek to serve the public by helping people reconnect with God, find inner peace and live with purpose and integrity.
"Let your light shine before others." — Matthew 5:16
